Terms of Service

By engaging Niatren (Pty) Ltd for software development, cloud infrastructure setup, or consulting services, you agree to follow the standard conditions outlined below.
1. Code Ownership & License
Unless specified otherwise in a custom Statement of Work (SOW), all custom codebases built specifically for you are handed over with full intellectual property (IP) rights upon final payment clearance. Open-source elements remain governed by their respective licenses.
2. Service Delivery
Development deliverables are scoped and agreed upon in writing prior to starting. Any additions to the project timeline are treated as separate SOW additions and billed accordingly.
3. Termination
Either party may terminate an active service agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and handed over.
4. Dispute Resolution
These conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct mediation.
